What are your rental requirements?

What is your application fee?

There is no initial fee to apply for an apartment. If your application is approved, a $45.00 application fee is added to your total move-in costs.  We require a rental application to be completed by all adults (age 18 or older) who will occupy the apartment.

Will you prorate the rent?

Yes, the rent will be prorated depending on the day you move in. If you move into the apartment on the 10th of the month, ten days’ rent will be subtracted from your total move-in cost. You can move in as the apartment is available and your application has been approved.

*Rent is always due on the first of the month. 

How are security deposits refunded?

Security deposits are refunded after the expiration of your lease term, provided you have fulfilled all of the terms and conditions of your rental agreement. Your security deposit will be forwarded to your new address within 14 days of vacating the apartment.

*RENT DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO UNPAID RENT. PET DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit amount is $895 for an apartment. The deposit must be paid at the time the lease is signed to hold your apartment.

How soon can I move in?

Applications are processed within two business days. You can move in as soon as your application is approved.

What are your lease terms?

We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12-month lease terms. Rental prices will vary depending on the duration of the lease.

Do you allow pets?

We allow small pets on a case-by-case basis, with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $150 PER Pet.

Approval of a pet will depend on size, breed, and previous rental references. 

How do I pay rent?

We accept rent payments in cash, cashier's check, money orders, or a credit card. A 3% transaction fee is added to all credit card transactions.

Is the apartment available the same as the one in the photos?

The apartment available may be different than the one in the photos. All of the apartments have the same amenities and similar furnishings. The exact square footage may vary.
